Shiiiiit

So things with me are moderately not great. I found out this week for sure that my position is being laid off. It's because the money that they were paying me with was Covid funding, and that funding is ending. So I am going to be having to move to a new school. Not sure which one. I have to make a decision as to what path I am going to take by March 4th, but will be continuing my current job until the end of the school year. And I'm just so bummed. I will miss all the kids that I've gotten to know. And I really did enjoy teaching them their letters and how to read. It was so fulfilling to start with a kid who didn't know all of their letter sounds and take them to learning how to read actual words.
